Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the Ecobank Ghana Ltd. account referenced above. Please quote Invoice No. DSR-2025-00847 in all correspondence and remittance advices.
Overdue payments on this Invoice will attract a late fee of 2% per month, in accordance with the Ghana Accra commercial regulations and the terms stipulated in Contract No. GNMA/OCN/2025/012. The Oceanographer reserves the right to suspend any ongoing field operations in Ghana Accra should payment remain outstanding beyond the due date.
All services rendered by the Oceanographer under this Invoice have been performed in full compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Ghana guidelines and the West African Maritime Safety Authority (WAMSA) operational standards applicable to the Ghana Accra maritime zone.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all Oceanographer professional services, fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting activities conducted between 1 March 2025 and 30 May 2025 in the Ghana Accra coastal and marine environment.
2. The Oceanographer, Dr. Nana Adjoa Mensah (PhD, Oceanography – University of Cape Town), is the principal investigator and signatory for all technical deliverables referenced in this Invoice.
3. All raw data, intermediate datasets, and final reports associated with this Invoice are the intellectual property of DeepSea Research & Consulting Ltd. and may only be reproduced with written consent, except as permitted under the Ghana Accra public research access provisions of the contract.
4. Should the Ghana National Marine Authority require additional Oceanographer consultations, supplementary surveys, or revised modelling beyond the scope of this Invoice, a separate change-order Invoice will be issued prior to any additional work commencing.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Oceanographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates reflecting current Ghana Accra market conditions and currency fluctuations.
