Terms & Conditions
1. This invoice is issued by DeepBlue Oceanographic Research Institute, New Delhi, India, in accordance with the terms of Contract No. MES/OCN/2025/ND/0112. All oceanographic services described herein were performed by qualified oceanographers under the supervision of the Principal Investigator based in New Delhi.
2. Payment is due within 15 days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 12% per annum as per the Government of India's Payment of Interest Rules, 2017.
3. All oceanographic data, reports, and publications generated under this contract remain the intellectual property of the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, New Delhi. The oceanographer team shall not disclose proprietary methodologies without written consent.
4. GST has been applied as per the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. TDS has been deducted as per Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961, applicable to professional and technical services rendered in India.
5. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated oceanographic services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
