Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by PT Samudra Nusantara Oceanographic Research Institute for oceanographic services rendered in Indonesia Jakarta during the period of 3 June 2025 to 14 June 2025. All services were performed under the direct supervision of a licensed Oceanographer holding credentials from the Indonesian Oceanographic Society (IOS) and the International Association of Oceanographers (IAO).
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance.
- All oceanographic data, raw measurements, processed datasets, and the final technical report remain the intellectual property of the Oceanographer team and PT Samudra Nusantara until full payment of this Invoice has been received and confirmed in writing.
- The services described herein were conducted in full compliance with Indonesian environmental regulations, including permits issued by the Jakarta Provincial Environmental Agency (DLH DKI Jakarta) and the National Oceanographic Agency (Bakosurtanal).
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a re-issued Invoice reflecting any applicable tax rate changes.
