Amount in Words: Seventeen Million, Seventy-Four Thousand, Eight Hundred Iraqi Dinars only. This Invoice is payable in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Iraqi commercial law.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Oceanographer services rendered under Contract Reference No. MWR-2025-112. No additional charges shall be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
- Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the account of DeepWater Marine Research & Consulting LLC, Bank of Baghdad, Branch: Al-Mansour, Account No: 0042-8871-2239-01, SWIFT: BKBGIQBB. The remittance reference must include the Invoice number DWMR-2025-00347.
- The Oceanographer's intellectual property rights over the raw data, analytical methodologies, and proprietary software used during the Iraq Baghdad survey campaign remain with DeepWater Marine Research & Consulting LLC. The Ministry of Water Resources receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final report and associated datasets for governmental water management purposes within Iraq Baghdad and the Republic of Iraq.
- All fieldwork conducted by the Oceanographer in Iraq Baghdad was performed in compliance with Iraqi environmental regulations, the Water Resources Protection Law (2005), and applicable municipal permits issued by the Iraq Baghdad municipal authority. Copies of all permits are attached to the final technical report.
- In the event of a dispute regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Iraq Baghdad in accordance with Iraqi civil and commercial procedure.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of applicable tax rates and exchange conditions.
