Invoice Notes & Oceanographer Service Remarks
This Invoice has been issued by the undersigned Oceanographer in accordance with the service agreement (Contract Ref: MSA-ILJ-2025-0112) between the Marine Sciences Institute of Israel Jerusalem and the Ministry of Environmental Protection. All Oceanographer fieldwork was conducted in full compliance with the Israel Jerusalem Maritime Authority regulations and the State of Israel's Environmental Protection Law (5736-1976).
The Oceanographer confirms that all data collected during the Israel Jerusalem coastal surveys has been securely archived at the institute's central laboratory and is available for peer review upon written request. Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the governing contract.
Please direct all inquiries regarding this Invoice to the billing office at the Marine Sciences Institute, Israel Jerusalem, or reference Invoice Number MSIJ-2025-00487 in all correspondence.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document under the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be adjudicated in the competent courts of Israel Jerusalem.
2. The Oceanographer reserves the right to retain ownership of all proprietary methodologies, algorithms, and analytical frameworks developed during the course of the contracted services in Israel Jerusalem.
3. All deliverables referenced in this Invoice, including but not limited to the final Oceanographer report, shall be deemed accepted by the client within fourteen (14) business days of delivery, absent written objection.
4. The Oceanographer shall maintain professional liability insurance in the amount of no less than 5,000,000 ILS for the duration of the engagement in the Israel Jerusalem region.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Oceanographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates.
