This Invoice covers all oceanographic services rendered by Dr. Yosef Ben-Ami, Senior Oceanographer, during the period of 3 May 2025 through 6 June 2025. All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with the Israeli Maritime Authority regulations and the Environmental Protection (Sea Pollution) Law, 5733-1973.
The Oceanographer confirms that all data collected during this engagement is the intellectual property of the contracting party (IOLRI) and will be stored in the Israel national oceanographic database. No portion of the raw or processed data may be published without written consent from both parties.
