This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 15 April 2025 between Dr. Elena Marchetti (hereinafter referred to as the "Oceanographer") and the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn, Naples, Italy. All oceanographic data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this engagement remain the property of the commissioning institution upon full settlement of this Invoice.
The Oceanographer warrants that all fieldwork was conducted in compliance with the Italian Ministry of the Environment (Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica) permits and the EU Marine Strategy Framework Directive (2008/56/EC). All sampling activities in the waters of Naples, Italy were authorized under permit number MASE-2025-04471.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Payment is due by 14 July 2025. In the event of a dispute regarding the scope of oceanographic services rendered, the parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation in Naples, Italy, before resorting to litigation before the competent court of the Tribunale di Napoli.
The Oceanographer reserves the right to publish anonymized scientific findings in peer-reviewed journals, provided that the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn is acknowledged as the funding and commissioning body. No confidential operational data pertaining to the Naples coastal infrastructure shall be disclosed without written consent.
This document constitutes a valid fiscal invoice (fattura elettronica) in compliance with Italian tax regulations (DPR 633/1972) and the electronic invoicing mandate (SDI – Sistema di Interscambio). A digital copy has been transmitted to the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) via the SDI platform.
