2. The lead oceanographer, Dr. Marco Santini, holds a valid professional certification issued by the Italian National Institute of Oceanography and Applied Geophysics (OGS) and is registered with the Rome Professional Order of Natural Scientists.
3. All raw oceanographic data, sensor logs, and photographic records collected during the Rome coastal survey are the exclusive property of Sapienza University of Rome and will be transferred via secure digital medium within 10 business days of invoice settlement.
4. This invoice is issued in accordance with Italian tax law (D.P.R. 633/1972) and EU Directive 2006/112/EC. The services described herein are classified under ATECO code 71.12.09 (Other technical testing and analysis) and 74.90.00 (Other professional, scientific and technical activities).
5. In the event of any dispute regarding the scope or quality of oceanographic services rendered, the parties agree to resolve matters through mediation before the Chamber of Commerce of Rome (Camera di Commercio di Roma) prior to any judicial proceedings.
6. This invoice is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, the invoice must be reissued to remain compliant with Italian fiscal documentation requirements.
