This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. MENV-2025-114) between Abyssal Marine Research Ltd. and the Ministère de l'Environnement et du Développement Durable, Ivory Coast Abidjan.

All oceanographic data, reports, and deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Oceanographer retains the right to publish anonymised scientific findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to a 90-day prior notification to the client.

All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with Ivorian maritime law, the West African Regional Seas Convention, and the professional code of ethics governing Oceanographer practice in Côte d'Ivoire. Permits for marine sampling were obtained from the Direction de la Mer prior to commencement of operations.

Amounts are stated in West African CFA Francs (XOF). No foreign currency conversion applies. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
