Invoice Notes & Oceanographer's Remarks
This Invoice covers all oceanographic services rendered by Dr. Kenji Tanaka and the Tanaka Oceanographic Research Institute team during the period of March 2025 through June 2025 in the Japan Kyoto coastal region. All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with Japan Kyoto municipal environmental regulations and the national Marine Science and Technology Agency guidelines.
The Oceanographer confirms that all data collected, instruments deployed, and reports generated under this Invoice are the exclusive intellectual property of the Japan Kyoto Prefectural Environmental Agency upon full payment. The Oceanographer retains the right to reference anonymized findings in peer-reviewed publications with prior written consent from the client.
Payment for this Invoice is to be remitted via bank transfer to the account specified below. Please reference Invoice Number INV-JK-2025-0487 in all correspondence. Late payments beyond the Japan Kyoto municipal fiscal deadline will incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge as stipulated in the service agreement.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The Oceanographer reserves the right to reissue this Invoice if payment is not received within the stated due date.
2. All services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated January 10, 2025, between the Oceanographer and the Japan Kyoto Prefectural Environmental Agency.
3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Japan Kyoto District Court in accordance with Japanese commercial law.
4. The Oceanographer warrants that all oceanographic data and analyses provided under this Invoice are accurate to the best of current scientific methodology and equipment calibration standards.
5. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of specific environmental outcomes. The Oceanographer provides expert assessment and data; final regulatory decisions remain the responsibility of Japan Kyoto authorities.
