Payment Terms & Invoice Notes
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Osaka Marine Research Institute, Bank of Osaka, Account No. 4521-0087-3321, Branch: Nanko-ku, Japan Osaka.
Payment Due: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 30 calendar days of the issue date (July 12, 2025). Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japan Osaka commercial regulations.
Scope Confirmation: All oceanographic services listed in this Invoice were conducted exclusively within the maritime jurisdiction of Japan Osaka. The Oceanographer confirms that all data collection protocols complied with the Japan Coast Guard regulations and the Osaka Prefectural Environmental Standards Act.
Deliverables: The final technical report, raw datasets (CSV and NetCDF formats), GIS shapefiles, and all supplementary appendices have been delivered to the client via secure electronic transfer on June 10, 2025. A hard-bound copy of the report was delivered to the Japan Osaka Port Authority office on June 11, 2025.
Warranty: The Oceanographer warrants the accuracy and completeness of all data and analyses presented in this engagement for a period of 12 months from the date of final report delivery. Any corrections required within this warranty period will be provided at no additional charge.
Confidentiality: All proprietary data, methodologies, and findings contained in this Invoice engagement remain the exclusive property of the client. The Oceanographer agrees not to disclose any Japan Osaka-specific marine data to third parties without written consent from the Osaka Port Authority.
Invoice Reference: This Invoice (INV-OSK-2025-0472) supersedes all prior quotations and estimates issued by the Oceanographer for the Japan Osaka coastal survey project. Please reference this Invoice number in all correspondence and payment transactions.
