Invoice Notes & Oceanographer Service Details
This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the designated Oceanographer and supporting team during the period of March 2025 through May 2025. All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with Japanese maritime regulations and the specific operational guidelines of the Japan Tokyo coastal management authority.
The Oceanographer services described in this Invoice include both on-site field operations and remote analytical work. All data collected in the Japan Tokyo region has been archived in the national oceanographic database under reference code JTO-2025-Q2-0847. The client retains full ownership of all raw and processed data generated under this engagement.
Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge as stipulated in the service agreement. Please reference Invoice number DSR-2025-0847 on all correspondence and remittances.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA-2024-112) between DeepSea Research & Consulting Ltd. and the Ministry of the Environment, Japan, governing Oceanographer services in the Japan Tokyo region.
2. All Oceanographer deliverables, including reports, datasets, and advisory bulletins, are subject to a 14-day review period. Any discrepancies must be reported in writing within this window.
3. The Oceanographer and supporting personnel are bound by strict confidentiality obligations regarding sensitive oceanographic data collected in the Japan Tokyo waters. No data may be published or shared without written consent from the client.
4. Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons, seismic activity, or government-mandated closures affecting the Japan Tokyo area, may result in schedule adjustments. Such adjustments will be documented in a supplementary Invoice addendum if additional costs are incurred.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current exchange rates and tax regulations will be required.
6. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan Tokyo under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
