Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued by the Oceanographer, Dr. Aisha Rahman, in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract Ref: MMDA-OCN-2025-012) executed on 20 December 2024 in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
2. Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Please reference Invoice No. OCN-ML-2025-0047 on all remittances.
3. Bank transfer details: Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Account Name: Dr. Aisha Rahman Oceanographer Services, Account No: 1234 5678 9012, Branch: Malaysia Kuala Lumpur (SWIFT: BIRMMYKL).
4. The Oceanographer reserves the right to issue a revised Invoice should any additional fieldwork or data reprocessing be required by the client. Any such amendments will be communicated in writing prior to the next billing cycle.
5. All data, reports, and intellectual property generated by the Oceanographer under this engagement remain the property of the Oceanographer until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, all deliverables are transferred to the Malaysian Maritime Development Authority, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
6. This Invoice is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
7. Please direct all queries regarding this Invoice to the Oceanographer at the contact details provided above. A copy of this Invoice has been filed with the Malaysian Maritime Development Authority procurement office in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
