Terms, Conditions & Payment Information
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the terms of Contract CONAGUA-2025-OC-112 and the applicable Mexican federal regulations governing professional services. All oceanographic services rendered by our team of oceanographers were performed in compliance with NOM-039-SEMARNAT and CONAGUA operational standards.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer (SPEI) to BBVA México, Account No. 0123-4567-8901, CLABE: 012180012345678901, in favor of DeepBlue Oceanographic Services S.A. de C.V.
- Payment Due: This Invoice must be settled within 30 calendar days from the issue date (July 15, 2025). Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the SAT for Mexico Mexico City commercial transactions.
- Tax Compliance: All amounts are subject to Mexican federal taxation. The IVA and ISR deductions are applied per current SAT regulations. A CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) will be generated and attached to this Invoice upon payment confirmation.
- Warranty of Services: The oceanographer's technical findings and data are guaranteed for accuracy for a period of 12 months from the date of final report delivery. Any corrections required within this period will be provided at no additional cost.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Mexico Mexico City, in accordance with the Mexican Commercial Arbitration Law.
- Confidentiality: All oceanographic data, proprietary methodologies, and client information contained in this Invoice and associated deliverables are classified as confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
