Notes & Terms
This Invoice covers all oceanographic fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting services rendered by the Atlas Oceanographic Research Institute in the Morocco Casablanca maritime jurisdiction during the period of 3 to 14 June 2025.
All data collected by the Oceanographer team is subject to the Moroccan Code of Scientific Research and the regulations of the Direction de la Pêche Maritime. Original datasets will be delivered in digital format (Shapefile, NetCDF, and CSV) within ten (10) business days of the final payment.
Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Moroccan commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article 431).
This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments.
