Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by DeepSea Myanmar Oceanographic Institute in accordance with the service agreement (Contract No. DSOI-2025-00472) signed on 20 May 2025 between the Institute and the Myanmar Yangon Maritime Authority. All oceanographic fieldwork was conducted under the supervision of a licensed Oceanographer holding valid credentials from the Myanmar Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation.
The services described in this Invoice were performed exclusively within the jurisdictional waters of Myanmar Yangon and its designated marine protected zones. All data collected by the Oceanographer team is the intellectual property of the contracting authority and shall not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
Payment is due within 15 calendar days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the original contract. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
