2. All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with the Dutch Environmental Permitting Act (Omgevingswet) and the European Union Marine Strategy Framework Directive (2008/56/EC). The Oceanographer holds all necessary permits for water sampling and vessel operations in the Netherlands Amsterdam harbor zone.
3. The data and reports referenced in this Invoice are the intellectual property of the Amsterdam Marine Research Institute. A non-exclusive license for internal use by the Netherlands Amsterdam Port Authority is granted upon full settlement of this Invoice.
4. Should any discrepancy be identified in this Invoice, please contact the billing department within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date. After this period, the Invoice amount shall be considered accepted.
5. This Invoice is issued in accordance with Dutch tax regulations. The VAT number NL861234567B01 is registered with the Belastingdienst (Dutch Tax Administration) in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
