- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 15 July 2025.

- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Nigerian commercial law.
- All oceanographic data, charts, and reports produced under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Nigerian Hydrographic Service upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice No. DBOR-2025-00847 in all correspondence and remittances.
