Notes & Terms of Service
All oceanographic fieldwork described in this Invoice was conducted in strict compliance with the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) regulations, the Federal Ministry of Environment guidelines, and the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) standards applicable to Nigeria Lagos waters.
The Oceanographer team operated under valid permits issued by the Nigerian Navy Maritime Operations Command and the Lagos State Coastal Safety Authority. All raw data, processed datasets, and the final report are the intellectual property of DeepBlue Marine Research Ltd. and are licensed exclusively to NODI for the duration of the project.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004). This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue.
