This Invoice is issued by Marine Research & Oceanographic Services Pvt. Ltd., a registered company operating in Pakistan Karachi, for professional oceanographic services rendered to the State Oceanographic Institute of Pakistan. The total amount of PKR 4,987,820 (Four Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Pakistani Rupees) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Meezan Bank, Clifton Branch, Karachi, Pakistan. Account Name: Marine Research & Oceanographic Services Pvt. Ltd. Account No: 0012-3456-7890-1234. IBAN: PK00MEZN0012345678901234.
- A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025, in accordance with the terms of Contract MRO-CON-2025-034.
- All oceanographic data, reports, and deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment.
- The lead Oceanographer and field team operated in full compliance with Pakistan's Marine and Coastal Zone Management Regulations and obtained all necessary permits from the Karachi Port Trust and the Pakistan Navy Coastal Area Command.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice No. MRO-2025-0487 in all correspondence and payment remittances.
