Terms, Conditions & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the contractual agreement No. MAM-2025-0112 between the Marina Pacifica Oceanographic Institute and the Ministerio del Ambiente del Peru. All oceanographic services described herein were performed by a licensed and certified Oceanographer operating under the regulatory framework of the Peruvian maritime authority (Marina de Guerra del Peru) and the National Institute of Natural Sciences (INIDEP).
- Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated by Peruvian commercial law.
- All services were conducted in compliance with the environmental regulations of Peru Lima and the broader Lima Region, including Resolution Ministerial No. 045-2024-MINAM regarding marine research permits.
- The Oceanographer services rendered include full data transfer, raw datasets, processed reports, and a 12-month warranty on all analytical results. Any discrepancies in data quality will be addressed at no additional cost.
- Payment should be made via bank transfer to: BCP Bank, Account No. 191-19023456-0-19, CCI: 002-191-019023456019-19, in favor of Marina Pacifica Oceanographic Institute S.A.C., Lima, Peru.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the IGV rate may be subject to adjustment based on Peruvian tax authority (SUNAT) regulations.
- All intellectual property rights to the oceanographic data, models, and reports generated by the Oceanographer during the scope of this contract remain with the contracting entity (Ministerio del Ambiente) upon full payment of this Invoice.
- For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services, the parties agree to resolve matters through arbitration in Lima, Peru, under the rules of the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.
