Payment Terms
Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Qatar commercial law. All amounts are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise stated.
Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA No. MSA-2025-0042) executed between Marine Sciences & Oceanographic Consultancy LLC and Qatar Petroleum, Exploration & Production Division, dated 10 January 2025.
- All oceanographic data, models, and reports delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Oceanographer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications with prior written consent.
- Fieldwork was conducted in compliance with all applicable regulations of the Qatar Environment and Energy Agency (QEAA) and the Ministry of Municipality and Environment, State of Qatar. All necessary marine research permits were obtained prior to commencement of operations in the waters of Qatar Doha and the broader Qatari Exclusive Economic Zone.
- The Lead Oceanographer, Dr. Sarah Al-Rashidi, holds a Ph.D. in Physical Oceanography from the University of Southampton and is a registered professional with the Qatar Engineers and Architects Society (QEAS). All field personnel were Qatari nationals or validly resident in Qatar Doha with appropriate work permits.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
- This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the client is requested to confirm acceptance in writing before payment processing.
