Payment Terms and Conditions
This invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Accounting" (No. 402-FZ) and the applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation governing commercial contracts for scientific and technical services.
- Full payment of 21,276,000.00 RUB (Twenty-One Million Two Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Russian Rubles) is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 15 July 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Sberbank, Moscow Branch, Account No. 40702810400000012345, BIC/SWIFT: SABRRUMM, Correspondent Account: 30101810400000000225.
- Overdue payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day of delay, as stipulated in Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- All amounts are stated in Russian Rubles (RUB). No foreign currency conversion applies to this transaction.
Additional Notes and Certifications
All oceanographic fieldwork was conducted in compliance with the regulations of the Federal Agency for Fisheries of Russia and the environmental protection standards established by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation.
The senior oceanographer responsible for this project, Dr. Mikhail A. Sokolov, holds a Doctor of Sciences degree in Physical Oceanography from Moscow State University and possesses over twenty-two years of professional experience in marine research operations across the Black Sea, Caspian Sea, and Arctic Ocean regions.
All measurement instruments used during this survey period were calibrated and certified by the Federal Service for Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart) of the Russian Federation. Calibration certificates are available upon request and are referenced in Appendix C of the final report.
