This Invoice covers all oceanographic services rendered by Dr. Mikhail A. Sokolov, Lead Oceanographer, in connection with the Q2 2025 coastal monitoring program for the Saint Petersburg metropolitan area. All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on the Use of the Sea and the regulations of the Russian Hydrographic Service.
The Oceanographer confirms that all data collected during this campaign is the exclusive property of the Northwestern Federal Oceanographic Directorate and shall not be reproduced or distributed without written consent. Raw data files are stored on encrypted media and will be transferred to the client within five (5) business days of Invoice settlement.
All measurements were taken in accordance with the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) standard protocols, adapted for the specific conditions of the Gulf of Finland and the Neva River delta in Russia Saint Petersburg.
