- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue via bank transfer to the account specified below.

- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
- All oceanographic data and reports delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the contracting Ministry until full payment is received.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice must be requested.
Additional Notes
This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by Dr. Layla Hassan Al-Omari, a certified Oceanographer, in support of the Red Sea Coastal Monitoring Programme 2025. All fieldwork was conducted in full compliance with the Saudi Arabia Environmental Protection Law and the Jeddah Municipal Coastal Regulations.
The Oceanographer confirms that all instruments used (multibeam echosounders, CTD casters, and water quality sensors) were calibrated and certified by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) prior to deployment in the waters surrounding Jeddah.
Should any discrepancy be identified in this Invoice, the billing party is requested to contact the Red Sea Marine Research Institute within fourteen (14) business days. All oceanographic deliverables referenced herein are stored in the Saudi Arabia national marine data repository under Project Ref OSJ-2025-RED-012.
This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Saudi Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing requirements and is digitally signed by the authorized Oceanographer and the institute's financial officer.
