This Invoice covers all oceanographic fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting services rendered by our Oceanographer team for the period of 1 June 2025 through 14 June 2025. All work was conducted in full compliance with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) environmental regulations and the Saudi Water Authority (SWA) operational guidelines applicable to the Saudi Arabia Riyadh region.
Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Saudi commercial law. The Oceanographer services described herein are non-refundable once field deployment has commenced.
Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the services described shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- All oceanographic data, reports, and intellectual property generated by the Oceanographer team under this engagement remain the exclusive property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- The Oceanographer and supporting personnel are fully insured under professional liability and marine operations insurance policies valid within Saudi Arabia.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary Invoice.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice reflecting current pricing and availability of the Oceanographer team.
- All environmental sampling and field activities were conducted with the necessary permits from the Saudi Arabian General Environmental Authority (SEEA) and the relevant local authorities in Riyadh.
