This Invoice covers all oceanographic services rendered by Dr. Thandiwe Mokoena, Lead Oceanographer, during the period of 1 March 2025 to 30 May 2025. All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with the National Environmental Management: Integrated Coastal Management Act (NEM:ICMA) and the relevant permits issued by the South Africa Cape Town Coastal Authority.
All data, reports, and deliverables referenced in this Invoice are the intellectual property of the DeepBlue Oceanographic Research Institute and are licensed for use by the Western Cape Department of Environmental Affairs for the duration of the project. Any reproduction or distribution of the Oceanographer's findings beyond the scope of this agreement requires prior written consent.
This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and the National Treasury's regulations governing public sector procurement. The Oceanographer's professional services are registered under the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP).
