Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the Oceanographer, Dr. Emily R. Nakamura, and her supporting team during the service period of March 1 through May 31, 2025, in and around the South Korea Seoul metropolitan coastal region.
2. All data, reports, and deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of DeepSea Research & Consulting Ltd. until full payment is received. Upon clearance of this Invoice, a non-exclusive license for internal KIOST use will be granted.
3. The Oceanographer's fieldwork was conducted in accordance with the Korean Marine Spatial Planning Act and all applicable permits issued by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries of the Republic of Korea.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in South Korea Seoul under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable regulatory or tax changes in South Korea Seoul.
