The Oceanographer services described herein were performed in full compliance with the EU Marine Strategy Framework Directive (2008/56/EC) and the Spanish Ley 41/2002 de Protección del Medio Marino.
All fieldwork was conducted within the maritime jurisdiction of Spain Valencia, specifically within the territorial waters of the Province of Valencia. Environmental permits were obtained from the Conselleria de Transició Ecològica and the Capitanía Marítima de Valencia prior to all sampling and survey activities.
The data and reports generated under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Oceanographer retains the right to publish anonymized scientific findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to a 90-day prior notification to the client.
This document constitutes a valid fiscal invoice (factura) for all purposes under Spanish commercial law. A duplicate copy may be requested by referencing Invoice number VMR-2025-00847.
