All services rendered by the Oceanographer were performed under the terms of Contract No. EAWAG-2025-0031. This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the project period specified above. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated in this Invoice.

All data collected by the Oceanographer during this engagement remains the intellectual property of the contracting party as stipulated in the master service agreement. This Invoice is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the competent court of jurisdiction is the District Court of Switzerland Zurich. All communications regarding this Invoice should be directed to the billing department at the address stated in the header of this document.
