2. The data and reports referenced herein are the intellectual property of DeepSea Marine Research Institute and are provided exclusively for the use of the Thai National Oceanographic Authority in Thailand Bangkok.
3. Any reproduction, distribution, or public disclosure of the Oceanographer's findings without written consent from the service provider is strictly prohibited under Thai intellectual property law (B.E. 2537).
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current rates and applicable tax adjustments will be required.
5. All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with the Thai Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Act and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment regulations governing marine research activities in the Gulf of Thailand.
