Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all oceanographic fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting services rendered by the Oceanographer and supporting team during the specified service period in Turkey Istanbul. All equipment, vessel charter fees, and consumable materials are included in the stated rates.
The Oceanographer confirms that all data collected complies with the regulations of the Turkish Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, as well as the International Maritime Organization (IMO) guidelines applicable to the Bosphorus Strait and Marmara Sea.
Raw data sets, GIS shapefiles, and the full 240-page technical report have been delivered electronically to the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality on 01 July 2025. A hard copy of the report is available upon request at no additional charge.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Any disputes regarding the scope of work or billing must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt of this document.
