Notes and Terms
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. MWE/2025/0312) signed between the Ministry of Water and Environment and DeepWater Oceanographic Research Ltd. in Uganda Kampala.
- All oceanographic data collected by the Oceanographer during the engagement period remains the intellectual property of the Ministry upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- The Oceanographer warrants that all field measurements were conducted in compliance with the Uganda National Environment Act (Cap. 152) and applicable NEMA regulations.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Uganda.
- Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date stated above.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable tax or regulatory changes in Uganda.
