1. All oceanographic data collected under this contract remains the intellectual property of Birmingham Metropolitan Council upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Oceanographer, Dr. Hartley, retains the right to publish anonymised findings in peer-reviewed journals with prior written consent from the Council.
2. This Invoice covers services rendered exclusively within the scope of Contract BMC-ENV-2025-112. Any additional Oceanographer fieldwork, extended offshore deployments, or supplementary laboratory analyses requested after 30 May 2025 will be invoiced separately at the standard DeepSea Marine Research Ltd. rate card.
3. The Oceanographer services described herein were conducted in full compliance with the UK Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, the Environmental Protection Act 1990, and all applicable Birmingham City Council environmental bylaws. All field permits and offshore operating licences were held in valid standing throughout the project period.
4. Should you require a revised or corrected copy of this Invoice, or wish to dispute any line item, please contact our billing department within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Disputes must be raised in writing to [email protected] with reference to Invoice No. DSR-2025-0047.
