This invoice covers all oceanographic services rendered by DeepSea Marine Research Ltd. in connection with the Thames Estuary Oceanographic Survey 2025, conducted under the supervision of our lead Oceanographer, Dr. James Hartley, PhD. All fieldwork was carried out in compliance with the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 and applicable environmental regulations in the United Kingdom.
All oceanographic data, samples, and reports referenced in this invoice remain the intellectual property of the Marine Environmental Authority upon full settlement of this invoice. DeepSea Marine Research Ltd. retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications, subject to prior written consent from the client.
Please note that any additional oceanographic services requested beyond the scope defined in Contract Reference MEA/OCE/2025/019 will be invoiced separately at the standard hourly rates specified in the original agreement.
