Payment Terms and Instructions
Payment of the full invoice amount of £86,940.00 (Eighty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Pounds Sterling) is due within 30 calendar days of the issue date, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025. Please make payment via BACS transfer to the account details provided above, quoting invoice number DSR-2025-00847 in the payment reference.
Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, as stipulated under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, applicable throughout the United Kingdom.
Terms and Conditions – Oceanographic Services
- All oceanographic data collected by our team of oceanographers remains the intellectual property of DeepSea Marine Research Ltd. until full payment of this invoice has been received. Upon settlement, the North West Marine Authority shall receive full ownership of all raw and processed datasets.
- The lead oceanographer and supporting staff are bound by the UK Marine Data Centre (MDC) data-sharing protocols and the UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO) licensing requirements for all survey activities conducted in United Kingdom territorial waters.
- Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated oceanographic services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, with the primary venue being Manchester, United Kingdom.
- This invoice constitutes a final account for the services described herein. No further charges will be incurred unless a written variation order is executed by both parties prior to additional work being undertaken.
