This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the Oceanographer and supporting field team during the March through May 2025 service period. All oceanographic data, raw and processed, remains the intellectual property of the Chicago Metropolitan Water Authority upon full payment of this Invoice.
The Oceanographer confirms that all fieldwork was conducted in full compliance with the United States Clean Water Act, the Illinois Water Resources Code, and all applicable United States Chicago municipal ordinances governing waterway research activities. Permits IL-WR-2025-1187 and USACE-CH-2025-0042 were obtained and maintained throughout the project duration.
