Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the National Bank of Uzbekistan account specified above. The Oceanographer services described herein are governed by the contractual agreement dated 01 May 2025 (Contract No. AMR-CON-2025-008) executed between AquaMarine Research Institute and the Uzbekistan State Committee for Hydrometeorology, both parties registered in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
Overdue payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Uzbek commercial law. All amounts are denominated in Uzbek Som (UZS). In the event of currency fluctuation, the agreed exchange rate of 1 USD = 12,800 UZS shall apply for any international remittance components.
The Oceanographer retains all intellectual property rights to proprietary methodologies, algorithms, and analytical frameworks developed during the course of this engagement. The client receives full usage rights to all final reports, datasets, and deliverables produced under this Invoice.
Important Notes
1. All fieldwork conducted by the Oceanographer team in the Aral Sea region requires prior environmental permits issued by the Uzbekistan Tashkent Ministry of Ecology. These permits have been secured and are referenced under Permit No. ECO-2025-4471.
2. The Oceanographer shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage (minimum 500,000,000 UZS) throughout the duration of all services listed on this Invoice.
3. Any scope changes or additional survey stations requested by the client after the initial contract signing will be subject to a supplementary Invoice and mutual written approval.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current rates and conditions will be generated.
