All oceanographic data collected during this engagement remains the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Oceanographer and supporting research team shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive marine data pertaining to the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City coastal and offshore zones.
Fieldwork was conducted in compliance with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment regulations of Vietnam. All sampling permits and environmental impact clearances were obtained prior to commencement of the Oceanographer-led survey activities in the waters surrounding Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Please contact our billing department in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City for any queries or discrepancies regarding the line items, rates, or total amounts stated on this document.
