Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue. Payment is to be made in United States Dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe exchange rate on the day of payment. Please reference Invoice No: ZW-HRE-OCE-2025-0047 on all remittances. Bank details: Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe, Account Name: DeepWater Marine Research Ltd., Account No: 0045-7892-1134, Branch: Harare CBD. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All oceanographic data, reports, and deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Zimbabwe National Oceanographic Institute upon full payment. The Oceanographer retains the right to publish anonymised findings in peer-reviewed journals with prior written consent.
2. The Oceanographer services described herein were performed in strict compliance with the Zimbabwe Environmental Management Act (Chapter 20:27) and the Water Act (Chapter 20:14). All fieldwork permits were obtained from the relevant Zimbabwe Harare municipal and provincial authorities.
3. Should any discrepancy be identified in this Invoice, the client is requested to contact the billing department within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Unresolved disputes will be referred to the Zimbabwe Arbitration Centre in Harare.
4. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment under the Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025 between DeepWater Marine Research Ltd. and the Zimbabwe National Oceanographic Institute.
