- Any disputes regarding the technical deliverables must be raised within 14 days of receipt of the final engineering report.
- Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Exchange rate fluctuations do not apply as this is a domestic transaction within Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Apex Petroleum Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 45 days.
