- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of this Invoice, all reports, models, and engineering designs created specifically for this project become the property of the client. General methodologies and proprietary software tools remain the intellectual property of Apex Petroleum Solutions.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
