Terms and Conditions:

Currency: All amounts are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment in Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) is accepted at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe exchange rate on the date of payment.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty interest rate of 2% per month.
Scope of Work: This Invoice covers professional services rendered by a certified Petroleum Engineer. It does not include the cost of physical equipment, drilling fluids, or third-party laboratory testing fees, which are billed separately.
Regulatory Compliance: All engineering services provided in Zimbabwe Harare and surrounding districts comply with the Mines and Minerals Act and the Petroleum and Petroleum Products Act.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the Invoice being considered accepted.
