Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Kabul Lens Photography Studio, a registered professional Photographer business operating in Afghanistan Kabul. All services rendered were performed in accordance with the signed service agreement dated 5 June 2025.
2. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images captured during the engagement. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for internal and published purposes related to the Kabul Cultural Heritage Foundation's activities.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. All images were captured and processed in Afghanistan Kabul. The Photographer confirms that all necessary local permits for drone operation and commercial photography in public spaces were obtained prior to the shooting dates.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations as per the Afghanistan Revenue Authority regulations.
6. For any disputes regarding the services described in this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through amicable negotiation in Afghanistan Kabul before pursuing any legal action.
