Payment Terms & Notes
This Invoice is issued by Atelier Lumière Photographique, a registered professional Photographer studio operating in Algiers, Algeria. All services described herein were performed by our certified Photographer team in accordance with the contractual agreement referenced above.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to CNEP Bank, Algiers Branch – IBAN: DZ76 0002 3000 1234 5678 9012 345
- Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days of the issue date (by 30 June 2025). Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Algerian commercial law.
- Currency: All amounts are quoted and payable in Algerian Dinars (DZD). No foreign currency transactions apply to this Invoice.
- Deliverables: All final high-resolution photographs will be delivered via secure digital link within 10 business days of the final shooting session. The printed portfolio will be delivered to the client's Algiers office.
- Usage Rights: The client receives full commercial usage rights for all photographs produced under this engagement. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their professional portfolio and promotional materials in Algeria and internationally, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Revisions: One round of minor retouching adjustments is included. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of 5,000 DZD per hour.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Algiers, Algeria, in accordance with the Algerian Commercial Code.
Important: This Invoice is valid only when accompanied by the original signed service contract. Please retain this document for your accounting records. For any questions regarding this Invoice or the Photographer services rendered, please contact our office in Algiers during business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00).
