Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Argentine tax regulations (AFIP) and the commercial code applicable in Argentina Buenos Aires. The Photographer, Alejandro R. Marchetti, is registered as a Responsable Inscripto in IVA.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de la República Argentina for overdue commercial obligations.
- All photography services described in this Invoice were performed by the Photographer within the city and province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Photographer assumes full responsibility for the quality and originality of all delivered images.
- The client acknowledges that the images delivered under this Invoice are the exclusive intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon clearance of this Invoice, the commercial usage license as described in line item 6 becomes effective.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina Buenos Aires.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the document with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed.
