Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice has been prepared by Sydney Lens Studio, a registered professional photography business operating in Australia Sydney, in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.
2. All photography services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed and insured Photographer holding a valid NSW Professional Photographer Licence. Full public liability insurance (AUD $20,000,000) was maintained throughout the engagement period.
3. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images captured during the sessions referenced in this Invoice. The client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the final delivered images for internal corporate communications, marketing, and promotional purposes within Australia and internationally.
4. Any additional images beyond the 300 curated selections, or any use of images in paid advertising campaigns, will be subject to a separate licensing agreement and additional fees as outlined in the original service contract (CTR-2025-0234).
5. All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the applicable 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Australian Taxation Office for registered GST entities operating in Sydney, New South Wales.
6. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment and a record of services rendered. In the event of any discrepancy, the client is requested to contact the Photographer's office within seven (7) business days of the Invoice date for resolution.
7. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of the Master Service Agreement dated 28 May 2025, which governs all photography engagements between the parties in Australia Sydney.
