Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Shahriar Lens Studio, a registered professional Photographer operating in Bangladesh Dhaka, in accordance with the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue (NBR) guidelines for service-based taxation. The Photographer confirms that all services listed above were rendered personally or under direct supervision of the lead Photographer, Shahriar Rahman, within the Dhaka metropolitan region and its immediate surroundings.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Shahriar Lens Studio, Account No: 1020-456789-01, BRAC Bank Ltd., Banani Branch, Dhaka, Bangladesh. SWIFT: BRACBD22. Alternatively, payment may be made via bKash (Merchant: 01712345678) or Nagad for amounts up to BDT 50,000.
Payment Due: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025.
Image Delivery: All final edited images will be delivered via a secure cloud link (WeTransfer / Dropbox) within 7 business days of the shoot date. The Photographer retains the right to display a selection of images in his professional portfolio and social media channels unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.
Terms & Conditions – Photographer's Invoice Policy (Bangladesh Dhaka)
- This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between the Photographer (Shahriar Lens Studio, Dhaka, Bangladesh) and the named client. All terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
- The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, severe weather, or government-mandated closures in Dhaka.
- Client approval of final images must be provided in writing within 10 business days of delivery. Failure to respond within this window will be deemed as acceptance of the delivered work.
- All intellectual property rights to the raw and edited photographs remain with the Photographer until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, the client receives a perpetual, royalty-free license for commercial use in Bangladesh and internationally.
- Any additional services, reshoots, or revisions beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard day rate of BDT 25,000 plus applicable VAT.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax rates as per the current Bangladesh Finance Act.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate commercial court in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
