Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice has been issued by Studio Lumière Brussels, a registered professional Photographer operating in Belgium Brussels, in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law and the Royal Decree on invoicing obligations (Royal Decree of 22 December 2014, as amended).
All photography services described in this Invoice were performed by the lead Photographer and an assistant at the client's designated location in Brussels, Belgium. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the specific commercial uses outlined in line item 6.
Any additional editing requests, reprints, or extended licensing beyond the scope of this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and supplementary Invoice. The Photographer reserves the right to use selected images in their professional portfolio and promotional materials, provided the client's name is not disclosed without prior written consent.
This Invoice is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. In the event of a dispute regarding the services rendered or the amounts invoiced, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should this fail, the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
