Important Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Lens & Light Photography Studio, a registered professional Photographer business operating in Brazil Rio de Janeiro, in compliance with all applicable municipal and federal tax regulations.
2. All photography services described in this Invoice were performed by licensed professional Photographers registered with the local photography association in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
3. The ISS (Imposto Sobre Serviços) tax of 5% is applicable as the service was rendered in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in accordance with LC 116/2003.
4. All delivered images are licensed for commercial use by the client for a period of 24 months. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their professional portfolio and marketing materials.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the services rendered or the charges listed in this Invoice, both parties agree to seek resolution through the Consumer Protection Agency (PROCON) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, or through the competent judicial courts of the state of Rio de Janeiro.
7. The Photographer guarantees that all equipment used during the engagement was properly insured and that all data handling complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Lei nº 13.709/2018).
